Development & Construction

Our Development & Construction Advisory Board is comprised of those who have a background in design and construction to assist in the planning and building aspects of the project, including architects, project managers, and design experts. We plan on building the Institute in phases, such that the entire campus will be constructed and operational in five to seven years.  The expertise of our designers and architects is integral to compile a comprehensive plan to allow for the construction to take place in such phases.

Meet our current Development & Construction Advisory Board:

Abdul Kaderali (Canada)

Mr. Kaderali brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having practiced architecture on four continents and experienced the full spectrum of architectural work.  He graduated from the Leicester School of Architecture in the United Kingdom and was an associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He then came to Canada and went on to become the principal of a large architectural firm in Toronto for a number of years, overseeing the quality control of the firm’s contract documents and contract administration. Mr. Kaderali served as the President of the Rotary Club of Toronto Don Valley, was a Member of the Committee of Adjustment for East York, and was also a Member of the Planning Board for East York. With considerable expertise in both design and finance, Mr. Kaderali will add tremendous value to the Casa Laxmi team. Hs vast experience in not only design, but also the construction process will allow him to see the Institute from start to finish, and ensure its success.
