The Institute will be situated in Panama City, Florida. Panama City is home to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport which is approximately 40 minutes by flight from Atlanta. Atlanta is the largest and busiest airport in the world, with direct flights to major European, Asian and South American destinations.
Panama City is a vibrant city located on the Emerald Coast and boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is also home to two military bases – a U.S. Air Force Base and a U.S. Navy Base.
The Institute’s campus of 260 acres will be situated on Fanning Bayou, with one mile of shoreline. The shallow waters leading up to the edge of the campus will be ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and canoeing. They will also be perfect for our youngest students to experience their first taste of aquatic activities. The Gulf of Mexico is within a 10-minute boat ride of the campus.
The Institute will also have several piers and docks for larger boats and will make for convenient access for visiting families coming by ship or for docking educational vessels of the Institute.
The serene setting will be ideal for our parent resort which will be accessible by families and other visitors. It will also be open to those families with younger children who may send their nannies or governesses to the Institute for as long as they wish and until their child is comfortable with the Institute, the staff, and the campus.
